Jane was very kind and patient. They were willing to discuss the design and change it to my liking. They also sent a preview of the beanies which was very helpful. Beanies are wonderful, warm and the fabric is soft but firm, doesn’t feel cheap at all. A few small stitches were poking out but you can easily cut them off and it looks perfect. They were shipped quickly. All in all 10/10 ☺️
