How to Order
Learn how to easily order custom products from FastPrintStar. Follow our step-by-step guide below.
Step 1 : Register / Log In
- Click the ”Login” icon in the navigation bar at the top of our website.
- Fill in the required information to register or log in.
- Once registered/logged in, you can start to create your order online and track your orders in the future, receive notifications about discounts, and manage your account information.
Step 2: Browse & Select Products
- Navigate to the top menu bar.
- Explore the product categories that you are interested in.
- Browse through the products and select the one you wish to purchase.
Step 3: Customize Your Order Details
- On the product page, you can view the price list, product images, product descriptions, and customer reviews.
- Follow the step-by-step guide to select the required quantity, size, color, accessories, product style, production process, delivery date, and upload your design files.
- Leave any specific requirements in the message box.
- Review your order details and click “Add to Cart“.
* Artwork Tips(FREE DESIGN SERVICE & ANY ARTWORK DESIGN ACCEPTED):
- Mock-up: You can click the “Request Free Mock-up” button to apply for customized artwork for the product; if you have your own designer or want to design the artwork yourself, you can also click the “Download Product Design Template” below to directly download our blank design template.
- Color: You can choose the product color you like through our color chart. If you have other colors you want, you can select “other” option or enter the colors you want in the message box. Here we also attach the Pantone Color Chart for your reference.
- Font & Typeset: If you only have normal text, but want a different font and typeset, you can tell us the font name and layout style you want or send us a picture, and we can make the font design according to your needs! Here we attach some Font Styles for your reference.
- File Format: You can upload multiple design files for one product design. We accept all file formats, such as JPEG, GIF, PNG, EPS, PDF, PSD, AI, BMP, TIF, TIFF, etc., but if you have vector files in AI, PS, PDF, EPS, etc., it will be more helpful for the design!
- Design Help: If you don’t have a specific design file or design idea, you can also ask us for design help. Tell us your preferences, style, wanted effects or any ideas, and our professional design team will help you finish the design and turn your vision into reality! You’ll receive a FREE design preview within 12 hours.
Step 4: Review Cart & Use Coupon
- Review the items added to your cart.
- Confirm the order details of your selected products.
- Choose to either proceed to checkout or continue shopping.
- If you have a discount code, enter it in the provided field.
Step 5: Checkout
- Fill in your billing and shipping addresses. If they are different, check the “ship to a different address?” box and fill out them respectively.
- Review the order details in the top right corner.
- Select your preferred payment method and enter the required account details.
- Complete the payment process.
Step 6: Order Completed
- After you finish the payment, you will receive an order confirmation with the order number, amount, and order details.
- Our team will promptly process your order and send you a design proof and order confirmation email within 12 hours.
- Production and shipping will commence only after you approve the proof.
